Hey, I thought this was a neat craft so I filtered the pilot inputs through a PID controller and then fed it back into the engines. I removed the gyroscope and slightly modified the aerodynamics and mass distribution and it flies pretty well. Here it is if you want to check it out, but it might need more tuning. Hopefully, you like it, and feel free to modify it further and upload it if you want. Let me know if you have any questions.

Nice craft, looking great, especially if you look at the part count. It's a little unstable. It seems to be very hard to fix that, I also have a hard time with VTOL crafts myself
Also,the cargo hold are modular,you can remove it
If there's something wrong,tell me so I can fox it on the next version
