The launch of an optical telescope was in mind, only that some designs were not viable for development without being larger and very heavy.

Currently, it was decided to develop a quite advanced Radio astronomy program in order to obtain a better mapping of the cosmic background without interference from the DSC.

This type of satellite is very special since it must be parked in an Intermediate orbit between Urados and Tydos or, a little further from Urados, this to establish a period of communications long enough to obtain the desired information.

It has a basic package of maneuverability, gyroscopes and RCS, as well as the use of RTG to not run out of energy in an intermediate period of time, mainly because of the distance at which it must be placed.

It also has cameras on board, more than anything to take some pictures and monitor the orientation with respect to the stellar background of the Radio Telescope.

At the moment it is one of the largest satellites that have been launched, mainly because of the total diameter of the reflectors when they are deployed.

RTGs can be replaced by solar panels if desired to be placed in an orbit between Tydos and Cylero.

(For some strange reason, some of their own rockets became extremely efficient thanks to the new physics, this one it's a bit nerfed but Hydrolox changes everything)
