things you MUST do:
1: fire final solid motor for boost when alt is 3000 and decreasing
2: it likes to fly faster when spinning while descending so do spin it as fast as you can
3: drop from at least 150km for good result
4: lock retrograde to prevent destroying the warhead before reentry, remember to detach farings after
5: after detaching from booster lock prograde
you can modify it in many ways, its built for that so maybe someone will make a lunar nuke out of it
