The necessary repair would be to put the wings more up front, not too much, this will approach the center of lift relative to the center of mass dont put blue in front of red. Next is put ldg gear more to the front, in between the center of lift and mass. If not the aircraft is either gonna tip or just push on the ldg gear when pitching up.
