Sometimes You Don't Need Anything Fancy; You Just Need Something Fast.
Peaking at roughly 1200 m/s at 5000 meters asl on the version you'll (hopefully) download, Milo is designed to be very fast, and nothing much else. He's an excellent testbed, without quite enough Delta-V to serve as an SSTO. I recommend changing out the rocket yourself, perhaps you could make him into an SSTO! If you're just gonna stay in the atmosphere, pro tip: roll to keep Milo from flipping. Also, you should expect the solar panels to take heat damage, or even get destroyed. Perhaps he's too fast for his own good sometimes!
