Moonbase One, now with full hull structure.
The base is preferably placed in the Moons Shackletron crater and can accommodate up to 1000 people.

With Slider1 you operate the base opening and internal sealing device for launching and landing the base ship "MoonrakeR1". With Slider2 and Slider3 you operate the two elevators.
Slider4 opens/closes the outside airlock and the ramp to the Moon surface for vehicles to drive up/down.
Thr MoonrakeR1 can be landed directly into the base manually. Using the MoonrakeR1's Vizzy program to control altitude and lateral drift using AG2 and AG3, this is possible, although a lot of fuel is still needed for this. Use the lower docking device camera for this and fly in using RCS translation mode.

Fully automatical landing into the base can be achieved by using my special landing program "Mechanicus Lander" (not included here).

At the beginning the command module of the base is active. Here, only AG6 is currently occupied, which switches the base's lighting on and off. This is deactivated as default for the time being, since the FPS drops significantly due to the lighting, unfortunately.

To control the base rocket "MoonrakeR1" activate its command capsule.

The MoonrakeR1 has a loading bay. This is located at the storage level of the moon base. If the command module of the Moonrake is active, the bridge can be extended with Slider4, and the supply canister, which can drive on 3 wheels, can then drive out of the rocket into the base, and back again.
By the way, the MoonrakeR1 also has a captain's yacht; it acts as a Device for Rescue And eXploration, short : "D-Rax Teacan".

The base has several electrolyzers on the lowest level. Since the base is at the deepest part of Shackleton crater, there is water ice everywhere. This can be converted into hydrogen and oxygen by the electrolyzers. The ice can be broken down by auxiliary vehicles and be transported under the electrolyzers of the base. Perhaps I find a way to build this in the future.
Also missing are the powerful nuclear generators (TOPAZ type, each with 300kW of electrical power) that will power the base (since obviously there is no possibility to generate solar power; the crater is several km deep! And no, the sun never shines down there).

Also included here is my "Moon Buggy" delivering "BeePoo" back to base, waiting for the ramp to come down.

Stay tuned, the development will continue.
