How to use:

Go in the script and set the angle variable to whatever value you want. It can be greater than 360. Then go into the game, and if the displayed number is close to that angle, then the position is correct.

Suggestions

Don't use when 0 velocity relative to surface(causes large inaccuracies)

How it works

Gets the orbital momentum vector. This is perpendicular to the orbital plane.
Next it rotates the position vector, which is a vector from the center of the planet to the body, about the orbital momentum vector by the specified angle.

This will only work for a perfectly circular orbit. So, the script takes the true anomaly of the body, which is the measure of degrees from the periapsis, and uses that along with the specified angle to find the height that the body would be. It then sets the height of that position to that value.

This gives a good estimate of the position of the craft in the future.
