Grandpa Larry, 85, is a master of taking scraps and turning it into the craziest stuff possible.
After taking a car from the scrap yard, he fixed it up and added some metal he had laying around in a shed to make a functional car. But, he wanted to impress the only family he has left, his grandson, Carl, and decided to turn it into a flying machine.
This flying machine is legally not meant for flight, but whenever the government attempts to confront Larry, he flies away.
