can carry 600 tons to LEO and probably a hundred tons to the moon? i only tested LEO payload.
the first stage main engine is reusable(not) and you can try to land the second stage but it will probably burn up in the atmosphere because i didnt design it to re-enter the atmosphere.
launch at water and until 50meters deep then throttle up to max before staging.
