Scale-looking British Aerospace BAe 146 "Avrojet" with droonaut accessible interior.

The British Aerospace BAe 146, later known as the Avrojet RJ is 4-engined, short haul, regional Airliner purely made in Britain from 1983 to 2001. Nicknamed the "Whisperjet," the BAe 146 revolutionised regional aviation by enabling quiet, short-takeoff-and-landing (STOL) operations in noise-sensitive city airports like London City. Its four-engine design provided exceptional maneuverability, steep approach capability, and high-lift, making it a reliable, versatile workhorse for short-haul passenger, cargo, and specialized firefighting roles. The plane's exceptional low noise, thanks to its revolutionary, helicopter derived turbo fan engines , allowed it to fly on both urban and suburban airports with strict noise restrictions, such as London City Airport. Becoming a popular among trunk carriers with city to city as well as inter-island flights, about 387 aircraft were built- becoming the Best-selling Jet Airliner ever made by Britain and still being flown by various airlines up to this day.

Behold the newest scale airliner with interior creation from LonelySpace's and his return to Juno New Origins after more than a year, this Bae 146 Avrojet was built from ground up with just pictures as reference and true to lonelyspace's unique style of achieving scale detail by using minimal parts count. The cockpit is directly derived from my last builds and features some interactive switches. A newly designed slotted flaps greatly increases lift and enables the plane to fly at low altitude at slow air speed. There is also a "pseudo" main landing gear bay and custom made landing gear door - my actual first attempt in making landing door on my builds. And just like the real life avrojet 146, the "clamshell" empennage splits open and becomes the Airbrake that is used during descent and landing. All for less than 300 parts that your midrange and flagship phone will handle without sweat.

INTRUCTIONS:

TAKE OFF
Activate AG1 Engines to start all 4 engines
Set SLIDER 1 = DOWN to 45 detent for Take off configuration, and Set PITCH = Down to about 15 detent for a hands-free takeoff.
Upon Landing Gear retraction, the nose will pitch up excessively, counter the pitch up moment manually until plane reaches 3000 mtrs.
After reaching 3000 mtrs, retract the Flaps to Zero with SLIDER1 = 0 and reduce engine throttle to 85%.
Finally preset the PITCH to about 10 detent Down/Nose Up position for a hands-free gradual climb to cruising altitude.

LANDING
Lower Throttle to about 50% and deploy Spoilers with SPOILERS AG to descend rapidly while maintaing the 10 detention Down PITCH UP preset.
Once the airplane is aligned on the runway to land, Deploy the Airbrake with its corresponding AG or cockpit switch and set Flaps to full down with SLIDER1 = 100 detent Full down. Upon touch down, deploy the spoilers through SPOILERS AG to help prevent going up again when you apply elevator up for the landing flare.
