The NE-15t is a effective payload carrior with a maximum payload of just over 15 (metric) tons. All of the rockets with the NE title through 15 to 200 have been made about a few months ago but I only started uploading recently. The last stage can be landed ,however, the main stage and middle will "harmlessly" crash into the ocean.
