As I revise some of my trashed projects, i find that i have learned alot in the months that have past. Like this single gear i used the mirror tool and was able to place everything very symmetrically aligned. believe it or not i used to place each and every piece by hand and had to adjust each piece individually.
So this gears advantage is that the end of the tooth is slightly hooked to add a bit more of a grabing to the chain in one direction and slips in the other. It can be the tip taken off if youd rather have the traditional gear set.
Light weight and durable this gear can run at the highest rpm available without tearing itself apart.
WARNING IF YOU DO RUN AT HIGH RPMs Be Sure To Stand Back and to the side.... if it does fly off it will destroy everything it runs into for about 300m. 😆 🤣
