The massive PC-11Z plane is the first passenger/cargo plane optimized for high altitude flight. Most modern plane's engines stall out at high altitudes because the air is too thin. However, this plane has the 'AC-F 4' engines that may look silly, but allow for 10x more air suction due to their funnel shaped inlets. This plane is capable of flying at heights of up to 80,000 feet, and has a cruise speed of ~225. This is only a prototype and future updates may improve and overwrite this current model.
