These are not perfect by any means, especially because of that, I have not learned how to use Vizzy effectively yet. I attempted to have each flare part be as simple as possible, with only being 3 parts per flare. one issue i immediately came across with is that, my detachers, even when i crank the detach force, does not do anything. the other issue is that, these are massive and heavier than they would ideally be but, the issue i came across with the way the game renders the lighting is a bit janky.
These are assigned to Activation groups and so far, i have made a part that only has 10 flares pet module, assigned to 10 activation groups.
if you want to use these in your creations, you need to assign that activation groups 1 - 10 be free from any other part. if you have other AGs, set them to the 11th onwards.
To use them, grab by the red part and set as subassembly.
the engine is intended to be invisible, so i just use the cockpit interior paint on it.
