Janus is a planned two-stage partially reusable launch vehicle capable of 18-19 tonnes to LEO with first stage reuse.
The first stage uses 9 kerolox gas generator engines and the upper stage uses 2 hydrolox electric pump-fed engines.
This old design uses the same upper stage as the Selene launch vehicle, but was canceled (like selene) as a better option was made available.
Despite being a now cancelled design, there is an upgraded variant, which uses larger and more efficient upper stage engines.
