To configure the min throttle you have to activate hidden properties in the tinker panel and then change the value in "Min Value" and the first number in "Input Axis Rage" to your needs. By default it's 0.3 (a min throttle of 30%)
Current limitations:
Engines with throttle limit have only 1 activation, to fix this assign an AG or activate them manually
Benefits compared to previous methods:
No incompatibilities between engines
Easy to use and configure
100% stock to the user (but some invisible xml)
