WIP, THIS IS A VERY BASIC CRAFT COMPARED TO THE FINAL PLANS!
An absolutely MASSIVE warehouse, from Kerbin Public Transport after a flood pulled it into the seas, repurposed as an actual floating building. Definitely not stolen from them. We seem to think that it works great as a mobile airport, and an ATC tower will be fitted soon.
It can go on land, but try to stay under 60 m/s. It also seems to be able to fly if you push it really fast...

Yes, I consider this thing mobile friendly, my S9 seems to handle it well.

@Fazberon It will be similar to a carrier, but operable in any condition: land, sea, air, and space. It will be at least 1 kilometer in length, and must accommodate large aircraft taking off and landing on its deck, as well as a landing pad for rockets. It can also be equipped for use as a space superhub, with plenty of fuel, and room enough on the inside to fit a fleet of Starships.
