Dual Manifest payload configuration is the jewel of Delta IV Heavy. It can send 2 sats with a single launch.
Payloads are crude replica of GPS Block-II NavStar. To sync their orbit and phase, it's good to launch a few at a time.
Launch Manual
Slider 2 to move Crawler and slider 1 to take a turn.
Full throttle and stage carefully to see launch tower animation.
Stage 1: All umbilical/crew arms approach
Stage 2: Crew Arm retreat
Stage 3: Umbilical Arms retreat and launch
Flight Manual
Keep your slider 2 to 100 and don't touch it.
Deployment Manual
After Payload Detachment, you have to press "[" or "]" to take control of your NavStar. Once you get it, press 9 and put slider 1 to 100 to deploy solar panel. It doesn't have any rocket engine in terms of SR2, but it has fairly descent - actually too much - RCS authority so you can change your orbit a little bit.
