Arrow-II is a single-stage test vehicle for a stretched Arrow booster.
This booster is intended to be used as the basis for the first orbital Arrow rockets and will be used to develop needed technologies for future vehicles.
The Arrow-ID cluster will eventually be added to an Arrow-II booster, in addition to a final variant of the cluster; modified versions of this booster will test upgraded engines, vernier control and liquid upper stages.
