Pegasus is the latest upper stage developed by Hermes Aerospace, designed to deliver reliable performance for a wide range of orbital missions. So, basically this isn't really changed from the last version but I needed a blueprint for post styling. In my opinion the Signs are too large currently and it all looks a bit weird.
