Proof of Concept pushing the physics of Juno New Origins to the sky with a Involute Gear Profile.
You need a strong hardware to run this due to the high part count.
Made with automesher plugin on AutoCAD and imported to Juno with the Mesh2Craft mod.

Gear specifications:
Pitch diameter: 2 m
Number of teeth: 20
Module: 0.1
Pressure angle: 20°
Base diameter: 1.8794 m
Root diameter: 1.8 m
Outer diameter: 2.2 m
Keyway width: 0.24 m
Keyway height: 0.6 m
Bore diameter: 0.5 m

I forgot the fillet radius so i am sorry

Run it with 1000% gravity and Infinite Fuel for the proof of concept to work.

Controls:
Slider 1: Rotator

The gears DO NOT run 100% smoothly, this is due to the low quality mesh and bad fps or even the Juno physics, but it is way smoother than the other gears (which i built using juno) i was using. They do not disengage anymore.
