Repurposed Vroz variant used as a lunar Taxi for accesing the Gagarin Crater Base, capable of delivering 2 droods into luna surface (3rd extra crew member reduces nominal fuel time for all the previous IKOC3PR crafts).
It has a lot of fuel, since the nav system is not as precise as the IST ones, it can hover for just a bit to achieve the desired landing location.
It can be used as a refueling/propulsion stage once in orbit for low fuel/delta V return crafts.
The 3rd stage with the lander can launch extra 70 tons of cargo if needed (heavy return vehicles or extra payloads), to Low Luna Orbit.
Compatible with old IKOC3PR hardware but limited in functions.
