The R.19 is the most adaptable aircraft in the Emaolan Navy, and its sister in the Air Force. They have vortex generators on the base of the wing to make the sound of the craft flying over quieter, not to mention increasing lift and manuverability. It has 6 hard points, with the tail point for the dedicated JATO thruster. it can carry an assortment of bombs, rockets, gun pods, and more, for every type of mission. It can land and take off from short distances, and unpaved airfields. The idea is in war, squadrons of these can operate from remote dirt runways and highways that the enemy cannot possibly find or take out, not to mention it's carrier capability for the navy. There are even proposals to fit massive water/retardant storage vessles on each wing to turn this craft into an Airborn Firefighing System

-Combat capability (15 Points)
This aircraft's primary focus is a fighter aircraft, but it's versitile strike capabilities certianly shine. It can outmanuver and out energy-fight any of it's jet or even propellar competition. It has 4x 20mm cannons with 200 rounds each for a huge destructive power against enemy aircraft. Pilots also must all be trained for using air-to-air rockets to defend against enemy waves of fighers, large bombers, and lightly armored ground targets. this in addition to it's powerful engines, great handling, vorteg generators, and relativly straight wings, it is a beast in the air to air domain, and should be feared worldwide.
