Space Transport Rocket And Too Overpowered, (STRATO)
This is a small rocket capable of launching 100 kilos into space, it can launch from probes, to experiments, to even experimental war heads!
In re-entry, it uses a special mechanism to retract the fins, and rotate them, spinning the rocket and by that, be stable.
Flight Instructions:
1: Launch it.
2: Deploy the cargo at 50 kilometers.
3: Activate action group 1, and slider 1 at Apogee, (slider 1 needs to be at 100%)
PROBABLE: It's probable that the fins would fly off due to the extreme spin's force.
4: When achieving 5 kilometers, deploy the parachute.
5: Land! (or crash))
