A proposed craft to be used in the Simple Rockets 2 Challenge; Landing PracticeHello and welcome to the perfect craft to replace the current craft used in the challenge 'Landing Practice'

Why should this craft replace the current one

  • Aesthetically pleasing the current craft used in the challenge is a very hastily put together craft that has no element of design and would be shameful for the game to have when it is fully released*

  • Low part count this craft should be able to run on very low performance devices as it is only 251 parts of which 7 are engines and 32 moving mechanical parts (hinges, pistons, springs, hinge rotators)*

  • Simple to use the craft is pretty easy to use, stage the craft once and the engines become activated, AG 1 will deploy / retract the landing legs, AG 10 (on by default) controls the RCS thrusters, Throttle controls the engines power level.*

  • Easy margins inexperienced players most likely to attempt the challenge should be able to use this craft as easily as more experienced players. To help inexperienced players the landing legs can take about 5m/s vertical and land smoothly, 3m/s lateral and land smoothly, the legs can more of a beating but the craft will bounce, landing legs will detach parts or very rarely craft parts may explode. The fuel and monopropellant tanks are quite large so if the user needs to make another go around or move to smoother terrain they have the fuel to do it. The fuel economy is also quite suitable for ease of landing as tested on the Beta system Luna.*

  • Fully Vanilla The craft has extremely low clipping, No XML file editing is used, No tinker panel is used and no stability modifier is used*
