This is a working laser, made by screwing around with the XML values, it made engines have no thrust/fuel consumption, and have a failt, thin, long exhause which looks like a beam. i stacked 6 on each other to make it more opaque, and this is the result. feel fre to save as a subasembly, and change the exhaust colour by selecting a different fuel type. DISCLAIMER: beam isn't infinite. aldo doesn't do damage. its longer in space.

I just relized when 0.912 comes out and engines can do damage this would be amazing for orbital debris cleanup. You can just evaporate eny debris in range with a space lazar. Sick
