It's re-usable!
The MIUCRP (or meteorological investigation un crewed fast plane) is a small plane/probe that helps with meteorological studies at high altitudes.
This probe is launched from the launchpad, and it reaches the stratosphere and even space! (if you have luck), the MIUCRP uses the same motors that helps separate the stage 1 of the Condor III HMPL, they're small, but the Foxtrot goes from 0 to some blazing fast 800m/s, in just a time of 15 seconds...
After reaching the altitude and doing the scan, the Foxtrot rapidly goes into a nose dive, and reaches 210ºC, but after the temperature is cooled, it goes into a normal flight, then it decreases the speed, and lands with it's skis that can make it land in (almost) any terrain.
