After 3 blocks of development, Block 4 will be our flagship block of the Metal Pen rocket. From 57 to 31 to 19 engines, Metal Pen is currently our most powerful rocket in operation.
The second stage is tinkered as a temporary measure for now, but Block 5 will rectify this issue. Metal Pen is fully reusable, however usually only the booster is recovered. Maybe you can land the upper stage as a challenge?
