What should be considered when designing a missile and are there any particular recommendation for maneuverability?

@Baseus827 Make the control surfaces way to big and reduce their size to 20% with the tinker panel, so that the air resistance gets higher, increasing the stability. Then just use the nasa cg/cp schematics for Rockets to adjust them for your design.
