Built before release of SimpleRockets 2.
Directions for Solar Panel extension:
First use activation 1, then Slider 1 down.
Directions for retraction:
Slider 1 to middle, let fall 75% then use activation 1.
Keep in mind that this is a rover. It isn't exactly supposed to go 130mph, but that is the slowest I could get it without manually XML modding the wheels, which I did not feel like doing. The rover will slide around near 15m/s and flip around 20m/s.
