To land the first stage You must have 20% of fuel left to burn back, 5% of fuel will help you in suicide burn when reach 1000AGL suicide burn!! And landed
2nd stage landing you must left it 2% to burn back, after that lock prograde slider1 100%(not-100) then stage first parachute deploy then stage fully deployed there you go landed again.
