F-104BI-B(Starfighter)

The second variant of the F-104BI also known as the Starfighter. This variant maintains the same speed and range performance of the original and comes with a series of smaller improvements over the original aircraft such as the addition of an [immaginary] ejection seat, an airbrake to further slow down the aircraft when landing making the drogue chute less needed and a landing gear slight adjustment allowing for shorter take-off Speeds of around 80m/s over the original 100m/s. The avionics have also been improved with the addition of yaw control allowing for better management of roll and stability of the aircraft in flight while pitch has been inhanced for better turn rate. The air intakes have been remodeled to be more efficient and thats all for this variant.
HISTORY:
The first F-104BI-Bs were produced on june 2nd 1963 after complains from multiple pilots about the weak control surfaces wich made them feel like flying a literal brick. This variant was an important step Stone for the later F-104BI-C wich would incorporate a 20millimiter cannon and other important features on this same bodyframe.
