Discoverer is the solution for crew and light cargo transport
It is a lifting body multiplanetary craft capable of take off vertically or from a runway on any planet ocean or moon
You can land with vtol or on normal ground
The craft has :

-back loading door
-reentry flaps
-grab system docking port

- space for cargo of your choice
This craft is the crewed version and in my opinion lackes a rover at the back but i tried building one whithout sucess so if you can help please let me know
For flight standard use vtol engines then transition to main engines
For reentry use the underside combined with a high angle of attack to slow down and once in atmosphere deploy fuselage flaps slider 1

@WVBOBK yes it needs to fly slower in the atmosphere only push the engines outside the atmosphere or just turn off heat damage for crazy speed
