The Vireon 1 Rocket is a small, somewhat reusable sattelite launcher. Its first stage, running on 6 Volandor 1B engines, is capable of parachuting into the ocean for a soft splashdown.
The second stage, running on 1 Volandor 1B Vacuum engine is quite capable of low Droo orbit missions.
Warning: the first stage is very likely to run into some issues during descent. This can include loss of control and drouge chutes snapping. Don't worry though, as it is built to withstand this.
To recover the first stage, make a quicksave so you can come back to the second stage, and then switch to the first stage. After this, re-enter in the retrograde position. At around 14 KM, activate the parachutes, by clicking through all of the stages. Do it at the same altitude if the booster lost control. At this point, just let it softly cruise down into the ocean, the main chute will deploy automatically. If the drouges snap, the main chute can actually withstand deploying at high speed.

This is my first rocket that I've actually given a loving name, and made something of lore for.
