I built a small spaceplane as my first project in SR, but its flight performance is poor and it is impossible to operate properly.
It cannot fly well enough in the atmosphere, let alone in space. If I don't have the know-how, I won't be able to start any other projects in the future. Can someone please fix this for me, please?

You can check out some my space planes for shape , to use as example, they are successful at their role.. I'm sure this can fly. I'm not sure about over 15,000k with control. I got some mine to control at 30,000k totally jet and totally vanilla.. no mass tinkering..

Space or high alt needs big wing surface , and larger control surfaces.. because of the thinner air,, and very light with lots thrust

You need to align the centre of mass with centre of thrust and centre of lift. Put the wings a bit down. It might help if you put the rocket engine in place of jet engine. Also you can use gyroscopes for stability

You should make sure that com center of amass should be just before center of lift
You can were is com and col by clicking a eye like button on the left
You may also stabilize it by using gyroscopes -

It's not a lack of intake air. I think the only problem with this plane is probably its flight performance.@malumuteanaerospace
