This is a refitting of @ChinesePanda's SR-72. I do not take credit for the chassis structure. I created the detailed cockpit and controls, added autopilot, custom MFDs, and adjusted engines / flight performance.
The Communications, Fuel Cell, Airframe, and Apoapsis MFDs were created by @deepfriedfrenchtoast

@SkunkWerkX I posted an update to this craft, it should fix the overheating and overexpansion damage issue. I also fixed the parachute's overheating and deployment
This works fine on iPhone 16 Pro Max. Ejected at 32k meters and Mach 3 due to taking way too much thermal damage in the cockpit. I paused to target the plane and it flew another 60+ km before crashing. Got dicey as I wondered if there was a chute or not or if it burned off in the cockpit.
@TWDylanA28 Idk if you can on mobile but set damage to 0%, increase slowly until you get the failure. Try and slow it down and let me know where the explosion is coming from. There's no weapons or explosives, and everything that would clip with each other is set to no collision response.
If you'd like to do the above and let me know where the explosion is coming from I'll be happy to try and make a mobile version for you!
@NOTHOSH Do you have any solutions as it looks really cool and I would love to fly it
@deepfriedfrenchtoast I did add them in, I had the programs saved long before I was planning to upload, so I couldn't find the original author. Thanks for letting me know, I'll add your name to the credits!
@NOTHOSH in the second photo they're the communications MFD towards the left, the fuel MFD with the dark star silhouette a bit too the left and down of the image center, the fuel cell MFD bellow image center, and the Alt, Speed, Apoapsis, T-apoapsis MFD to the right of image center. The displays are originally from this post. I would've thought that you already knew from who the MFDs came from since the original Dark Star Simplified Edition cockpit doesnt include the displays, I though you added them in.
@deepfriedfrenchtoast Which ones? It's super cool seeing what people can make with them. I'm trying to learn it, all I've done so far is a time display. Let me know which one you designed so I can credit you in the caption!
@TWDylanA28 That might be the issue, I have no tested on mobile, only pc

It felt real weird seeing some MFDs I made ages ago in the cockpit, It took a bit for me to notice they were there.
@NOTHOSH I am experiencing the same problems and I don’t have any mods as I play on mobile
@Bobtheoperator I have not had that issue. If you’re running mods or higher than 100% damage that may be the cause
How come the craft explodes whenever I apply 100 throttle? Also the middle starts glowing beforehand
very well made replica actually, the eject system is really good
@NOTHOSH ok
Im posting a forum for all of the HTML and how to run it, comment when you see it @StocktonAerospace
@NOTHOSH I noticed cyber Star has a button like that similar on his page with total profile views
@StocktonAerospace You got me interested now, haven't done python or HTML in like 5 years now im invested
@NOTHOSH hey it’s up to you if you feel like it man
@StocktonAerospace give me 30 minutes let me see what I can do.
I don't think the devs will give me the API, but I could write one that will show total downloads, only thing is you'd have to manually run it to update it, but maybe i could automate that too
@NOTHOSH yes!
@StocktonAerospace It's been a long time but maybe, you just want a hyperlink showing your total downloads of all craft?
@NOTHOSH html
@StocktonAerospace Code as in an in-game vizzy or like HTML
@NOTHOSH it definitely is boxy, say are u good at writing code for say soemthing like “total downloads” and have it show on my profile
