Slider one 100% is the bay door and slider 2 -100% is grid fins, fire the engines around 5-7,000 at 40%-60% throtle and continue to raise the throtle slowly below 4,000.

Correction, during liftoff meco is recommended at 72-80,000, during reentry and landing fire the engines around 5-7,000 at 40%-60% throtle and continue to raise the throtle slowly below 4,000.
