Cassini Huyens is a cooperative project of NASA, European Space Agency and Italian Space Agency. Its main mission is to carry out space exploration of the Earth galaxy. The probe is named after the Italian-born French astronomer Giovanni Domenico Cassini. Its mission is to orbit Saturn and conduct an in-depth investigation of Saturn and its atmosphere, rings, satellites and magnetic fields.
In October 1997, the six-ton Cassini interstellar probe was launched into orbit to Saturn. This is the last large spaceship of interstellar exploration in the 20th century.
There are a total of 17 countries participating in the Cassini program, which is one of the largest international cooperation topics since mankind entered the space era. Cassini is 3 meters in diameter, 7 meters high and weighs 6.4 tons. It carries 27 of the most advanced scientific instruments and equipment.
