A capsule containing a single astronaut, which is attached to a helium-filled balloon made of ultra-thin aluminum that can unfortunately tear easily. Both are connected with a flexible tether.
When you jump out of the capsule, remember to set the speed to slow motion and quickly attach your tether to the capsule, unless you want to skydive from space.
When you enter the capsule, quickly pause the game and control the main command pod, otherwise the balloon will violently thrash as seen in picture number five.
I know it's filled with xenon shut up.
