This is an upgraded version of PZLAeropsace's Huge launch Vehicle, now called the HLV Neo. It features many, many design improvements, as well as my custom engines which are the latest in my serial code, that being the LF-009b "Spark Mini" Engine and the LF-010 "Bunsen" Engine.
