VORTEX - Venus Orbiter

Void Aerospace's next "battlestar galactica" --- VORTEX: a 10 tonne spacecraft packed full of science. Propelled by the experimental HEIT thruster, VORTEX requires an extensive series of gravity assists to reach its target. The close proximity to the sun --- in addition to the sensitive Infra red and visible spectrometers --- adds a heavy thermally resistant sun shield to the front, also locking VORTEX's heading. VORTEX is set to launch on the upcoming Void 5A launch vehicle.

If you want to activate every part individually you will have to set slider 4 to -100%, and activate the MAG boom before the general instrument booms, otherwise it will snap in half.

There are certain things required for integration into a launch vehicle. You first have to drag the command disc into the upper left corner of the editor upon downloading the craft. After loading a craft you would like to integrate VORTEX into, you should add an adapter to the payload. In addition to this you can not use VORTEX in career as this heavily relies on tinkering. You are free to use VORTEX for whatever you desire, however in the case it is used in media we would like Void Aerospace to be credited.
