@DerekSP You're right... I launched retrograde, that means that I lost like 500m/s.

@AstronautPlanes nah I'm pretty sure you are. Launch prograde, towards east, that will save you a lot of Delta-V. If you launch to the west, you need to fight the rotation of the planet itself.
