It's okay for him to make videos. If it annoys you, I suggest you don't follow him to avoid notification build-up.
It happens more often than you think, It's pretty common on this site because of competition. We all have different rates of ideas coming in and out of our heads, and because people love this game so much they wanna upload all of them after they build them. I wake up in the morning and have at least twenty notifications, I still read them all but here's why I don't complain about it to others...
If someone spent hours building something or creating videos only to receive complaints, It would not only be a huge disappointment but it would also discourage them to share with us the cool things they make. If you don't like the notifications, Just keep that to yourself to avoid such situations from happening. This ensures that we all can enjoy the experience as a peaceful community .

@pianoAerospace plus it is amazing ass hell , you make a vanilla hang glider lol and do what this can. It's one of two of the class in game ! Plus mine is only true Delta wing closest to real as possible and being vanilla
