I created it primarily to simulate attacks with new weapons. It has a military base in one of the region's major countries and a few others just for fun. I'm sure someone will find it useful. It doesn't have other planets because it's the only one I need. If you want to add bases or planets, go ahead, no problem. The L stands for launch and the R for runway.
