What I've gathered from the hottest category is that it has relatively new crafts in it. I've noticed that only some of the newest crafts are in it though. Does anyone know what the hottest category takes into account? Comment below.

I think it is relative to the time and upvotes. So a craft with five upvotes that has been out for 10 minutes will be higher than a craft with five upvotes that has been out for an hour.
