Paint

We will need more ways to paint. And maybe a new feature. Decals. As in the 3 stripes of Adidas (for Boris of course) and a way to get Custom decals so the part count wouldn't be a huge. And maybe decals for those shutes? Just an idea I (and some others) would like =)
