Why doesn't Cyleros have atmospheric properties?

@XjayIndustrys lol. Just stick a hotdog out the window for about 3 minutes, and you have lunch (just mind the lack of breathable oxygen).

@eonn44 That's odd because for me, it has no atmospheric properties. No heating upon entry, propellers do not work at any degree (yea i know, thin atmosphere, but it should still make my windmill tilt a tiny bit, but it doesn't), it's like being on the moon, and anything i spawn with on the planet always spawns upside down when i set a spawn point.

It does though. I am able to do aerobrakes using cylero's atmosphere.
