Bring Scramjets into the game

I know there's already a suggestion for this but it deserves more support, Scramjets and Ramjets are urgently needed in this game, I believe they'll not be just another type of engine but they'll add a new dimension to the game, they'll lead to Hypersonic missiles, SSTOs, LAC engines and what not
