If you are new to aerodynamics / aircraft, and want some education on the subject without watching long videos, here you go.

"Arrow" Rule: The center of mass must be fairly far ahead from the center of lift. With this, the craft pitches downward, but the lift brings it back up to have stability.

Stability: There are 2 situations: too much stability, or too little stability. If the aircraft is too unstable, it ends up doing flips in an uncontrollable mess before crashing. Too much stability makes the aircraft unable to pull up.

Rolling stability: Roll can be corrected with dihedral wings, normal wings with a slight angle to them. (Thank you for correcting info, in comments.)

Yaw/Pitch Stability: Vertical stabilizers, or the top wings with flaps on the top of crafts, can give yaw and pitch stability which is required.

Thank you! This has been an issue with multiple crafts I had, and you've solved it. I appreciate it.

That stabilisers are meant to stabilise pitch and yaw, that's why they're ineffective for roll . Roll stability factor comes from dihedral angle (wings swept up ) if one side fall (bit of roll) its projected area will be more than the other side, hence more lift until they balance
