Why i Can't Login or Sign in into The Game, even though i have a pretty good internet connection??

it Keeps saying "The request Failed, Please Ensure You have internet Access and try again"

Is this a bug or what?, and i can't even send "Bug Report" because i can't even log in or sign in
Devs.., Somebody, Please Help..

    Do you have any firewall software running that may be blocking connections?
